Although I've only played this game recently, the visuals are great even for a 2D game from 1989. The illusion of speed is quite unmatched even in today's modern driving games. The arenas are all nice to glimps at. The game itself is simple but hard to master. Precision and timing are crucial in this game. Missing a break at a single turn could mess up an whole 4 checkpoints of efforts. Overall, this game is a joy to play with, creates a sense of driving that makes it's worth trying for anyone new or shy to the racing/driving genre.
